My dearest flute section

Hmm... I just had a section outing a few hours ago or you can also say yesterday. I really miss my hscband flute section and hscband. I have really nice memories in there. Even though my first choice wasn't band, i grew to love band. Initially, i wanted to join media club. Band wasn't even my second choice. Well, i didn't want to join band at first because my sister seemed to be very busy with band. Hence, i thought band would take up a lot of my time so i decided to put it only in third choice. When i got into band, i wasn't really happy and i tried to appeal to media club because i was really interested in all those technology stuff then. It is quite obvious the appeal failed or else i wouldn't be in band. I never once regretted joining band ever since i joined the hscband family. I was really impressed by the seniors back then and when i saw the flute, i knew it was the instrument i wanted to play.

I guess we were quite lucky that year. We were some sort of given the chance to choose what instrument we wanted to learn so i chose the flute. I still remembered how mr chua bluffed us by saying that we had to buy our own flute. However, i still persisted and managed to get into the flute section. Fond memories. Well... we can never turn back time... Sec 1 and 2 were the most enjoyable times in band. I miss my seniors. Even though i still keep in touch with some of them, we can no longer play as a band as often as before. At most, we can only gather for alumni once or twice a year. Everyone is busy nowadays. It is difficult to get everyone together.

Once a HSCBand member, always a HSCBand member. No doubt i miss my seniors, but i shall not forget my juniors. My juniors, especially the batch after mine, were really nice and great! I still remember all the fun times we shared. I hope to have more gatherings. However, it is not very possible as i think i am going to get busier by each day.
